HSW Harris Speed Works Scam

Do not buy anything from Harris Speed Works. They were a online based company to sell nitrous components, but it has gone downhill and now they are just trying to scam whatever they can to get by.

They will not answer their phone and have the worst customer service. I purchased an upgrade and had to send my part in to be updated. They informed me it had to be shipped USPS and without signature confirmation because UPS and FEDex would not deliver to them. I did as they said (stupid me) and only got a tracking number. Showed that it was delivered, but he claimed he never received it so not only did he keep my nitrous controller, but he also got my money I paid for the upgrade. So he double screwed me. And even after I told him I knew for a fact my controller was delivered to him he told me to take it up with usps and file a claim. USPS has proof they delivered it so they are not going to reimburse me for anything. Harris Speed Works is a rip off and after doing some research I've discovered that he has done the same thing to many other people out there and it is not even a real business. Just a storage unit he rents out so he can have an address without giving out his real address. I can't believe that website is still up for people to place orders and send them their money. Buyers beware!!! His name is Robert and he will rip you off.
