In rents lemons

I rented a car from this company and i am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against them because they rented me a lemon.

When i rented a dodge neon for a week when i got the car the oil light was on so i asked the renter why was the light on and he showed me the oil changer sticker and it showed the oil had just been changed and he told me that the light was just a messed up sensor.

So i thought everything was o.K. While i had the car when i was driving first i noticed some smoke than it stoped than a couple of days later the car started to make very loud engine noises so my brother checked the oil and it was completely empty.

So i called bay rental car and told him the situation and told them to come get the car because i was scared to drive because it was so loud and i didn't want it to stop on me and they told me no so the car sat outside my house 4 days and when i had my brother follow me to take it back it stoped on me 3 times this was a complete lemon and bay rental car knew that they just wanted my money and on top of all that they over charged my credit card without authorization.
