Repo my car and then gives me another and no one answer to give you information

My car was repo Jan. 26 at 12:45am. When taking it they have my baby car seat, stroller, cot for day care and other stuff for my 2 yr. I have tried to call the number the local office in Norfolk, Va. For 2 days. The number is 1-888-937-9992 and no one will answer to help us. After paying on this car for 72 months and have only 2 payments left they took it for those two being behind, i lost my job and my unemployment check was going this week, they didnt care.
