Marc brattin liar and thief $21000 gone and no bike

Marc brattin from lasvegas choppers stayed in touch for 3months while i was deciding on a bike. Once aggreed i transferred money (48 hour process) and was told process started and bike being packed. A week went by no contact. After several days of no response to messages marc finally called back and said bike was damaged and written off in an accident at the crating company he uses (never gave company details). Marc offered to refund my $21144 australian dollars or build a new bike. I accepted offer of refund. This was aggreed to over 3weeks ago. I leave message after message and he never returns phonecalls and randomly sends nondescript emails as to why the refund is taking so long. I contacted lasvegas police department and got the clarke county court details to file civil complaint. I am in the process of filing this report. I google searched marc brattin and found that he consults as an employment consultant for a company based in louisiana called facet and is entwined with a company called hotrod city. I have tried to contact him through these other businesses but again he does not respond. His receptionist kimberly says she can only take messages and does not care or give a shit what kind of man or business she works for. I have supplied the email address for this man that is on his Facet profile. He is now using insurance as the excuse for refund taking so long. He informed me on 20/1 that he had supplied his accountant with my banking details to process refund that insurance was not the issue. He continues to ignore requests for contact and makes excuses as to why it takes so long now i know he is a thief and a scammer. I just want my hard earned money and will continue to pursue this man.
