Dealer refusal to refund money

It required Richhartis more than 7 months to supply me a name towards the automobile I bought. They never delivered my calls to inquire about name. Once the operator ultimately responded his mobile phone, he explained to "proceed Y% myself". He declined to consider automobile back and return my cash as Indiana legislation enables like a option for customers who don't obtain games inside the schedule permitted. Morgan County Prosecutors Office explained quarry wasn't the only real event such as this. Submitted grievances with Secretary of State Autodealer Department and Attorney General Office.
