Rudeness and very disrespectful

Went within the shop to come back torque converter and was informed it might not be delivered informed him it had been okay and he'd not return the bill which was proven. I considered abandon after locating the bill and was informed to obtain out-of his shop CHILD!!! I had been currently departing and informed him that I had been not his CHILD which was no method to handle clients. He extended to check out me out the doorway as though he would combat with me and my spouse. Their perspective was excessively rude and hateful that was completely uncalled-for as well as in no means skilled!
