Get ready to get screwed folks. Worst place I ever dealt with. If you like to be lied to and cars sold to you that are not taken care of when purchased be my guest. Our car had so much wrong with it that after a week it quit running. Mark throws his religion and family crap at you to make you feel welcomed until the papers are signed then really gives you the shaft. Talked to Dwight about the concern and his attitude towards me was horrible. He could not of cared less what he was selling as long as the money was rolling in. Then people wonder why car dealers get such a bad name. These autos are not quality and the business practices are very shady. Dont get screwed like i did. Take yourself to a dealer that stands behind their products and treats their customers with respect.

Update: Since this whole ordeal went down and settled, getting the car back was as big of a hassle then what the complaint was to begin with. Basically Gun Lakes attorney would not allow the car to go back until my friend signed a piece of paper stating she would not speak of this whole ordeal to anybody including the web, email, texts anything.

Basically a gag order. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of.

Well Mr. Lawyer lawman I live in a free country where I can express how I feel about anything, have a right to speak since I didnt sign your bull the world should be aware of this so called justification for your client. Bottom line once again folks is just stay away from this whole nightmare of a dealership. My friend has since sold the Quality vehicle and went to Cole Nissan in Kalamazoo. Now thats a place that knows how to treat their customers right and knowledgeable about their products too.
