Ripoff Kia Rio is only 5 months old & Kia mechanic didn't tighten plug, lost all oil, ruined engine

2003 Kia Rio leftover purchased in January brand new. It wasn't even 5 months old when the engine light came on and after doing everything they suggested because they thought it was the gas cap & light wouldn't go out I made a service call to dealership where they informed me that the car needed 3 special order parts.

Took car back when parts came in and while there I asked to have the oil changed and the brakes checked because they didn't seem right and found out that front brakes were at 80% & rear at 90% but they found bearing problem in right rear wheel. All of this on a car with less than 8,000 miles on it.

I am now at my wits end because the car broke down on way to work because oil light came on and car literally stopped running.

Come to find out Kia mechanic did not put plug in tight all oil drained out and engine seized up and is ruined.

I feel all this on a car that is only 5 months only definitely warrants me a new car and I am filing Lemon Law.
