Ordered a cover for my truck on 11/15/10, lifetime warranty will not respond to my claim

Back on 11/15/10 I ordered a cover for my 2001 Ford Excursion as of three months ago this cover is starting to decompose literally small fibers keep falling off and get everywhere they look like tiny pieces of fryable asbestos and it also has two rips in it. I have been trying to get a hold of them sent several e—mails with NO reply, as well as got in touch with E-bay support who is not willing to help with it basically they told me just this morning that it was between the seller and me HOW ABOUT THAT! E-bay is another ripoff! But that's another story just stopped buying from them.
So here I am STUCK with a truck cover that is JUNK, and with no one to honor the so called LIFETIME warranty
