Assurance America 1st they had our insurance laspe when it wasnt suspose to. The payment letter said to pay by sept 30th and we did. They said they fixed it so theres no lasp but didnt. Now we need a sr22 and cannot ge

Assurance America (A Etna Insurance Agency Inc.) is absolutly the worst insurance company that my husband and I have ever had. The 1st thing was we got a letter saying our payment was due no later than on September 30 so I paid it on that day but for some apparent reason they had cancled our policy at 12:01A.M. On the 30th. They said they fixed it so that there would be no lapse in coverage on the car, but when they said they fixed it, THEY LIED cause we now need an SR22. So we call to pay for it and they say that we have to call and get the fax# from the mvd so i did but the mvd dosnt give the fax # t0 the public. Which ok whatever i understand. And the mvd tells us that the insurance company is the one that has to call for the fax number so we call assurance america and she tells us she dosnt have time. So we ask for a supervisor then the supervisor proceeds to hang up on us and thats the supervisor. I have never been treated so horrible IN MY LIFE you just dont do this kind of stuff to people. I have never once had a good expierence even talking to them. And these are just a few of the problems with this company. Please if you have any smarts stay away from assurance america (a etna insurance agency inc).
