On may 27th we went to kansasmotorco to see what they had that we could trade our suburban in on. We looked at and test drove a 94 pontiac transport and it seemed to run ok the short distance we got to drive it as we were leaving the lot casey wattson told us "oh by the way the van will die every five or six days while its idling ".
That night we took the van out for awhile and it would die going down the road in traffic and it would jump out of gear. We took the van the next morning and told them what the van was doing and they said they would have their mechanic check it.

They told us their mecahanic said it would need a new transmission or a rebuilt one so we asked for our truck to be returned to us.

They told us they could not do that as they had already sent our title in to be changed over to their name. They still have both vehicles and have refued to return our truck to us. They used deceptive sales practices to get our truck away from us and try to force us into a bad vehicle that they knew had problems before they took our truck from us. The owner Tom Tucker refuses to return phone calls about the issues and has attempted no resolution. They still have both vehicles on their lot. They had our suburban out for sale the next morning when we took the van back to them at 10:30 A.M.
