Fraud and theft

He listed a motorcycle on ebay. He agreed to sale to me for $3400. I paid $500 via westernunion to hold the bike and not send anymore until I could verify bike for real and at shipping company. He gave me website: www.star-shipping.com with tracking number so I sent $2500 to have bike sent to Kansas.

Shipping website was not updated so I tried calling with no answer. Emailed him and he "contacted" shipping company and site was updated. Motorcycle was due at my house in 4 days... I had no problem contacting him until the day it was due to arrive. Now over 2 weeks have passed and no answering the phone or replying to phone messages or emails.

No detectives are willing to take case cause too time consuming and rarely the person caught. He is located in New York and I'm in Kansas. Look on the website www.star-shipping.com and enter his tracking number A84517TV and the bike is still listed under his name. So buyers beware cause he is probably scamming more people out of money on this deal. The product is a yellow 2002 Honda CBRF4i motorcycle with VIN: JH2PC35042M307237.
