I visited VIP to choose-up my vehicle. My father included me to go over the statement. He thought I had been being overcharged. He mentioned the statement using the technician, Rusty. Although researching each product, my father didnot feel just like elaborating on each cost, but rusty did. My father just wished to understand why it required 6 times to obtain my vehicle completed and just why so much work. Anyhow, rusty believed to my father "used to donot understand you had been a technician". My father is 70 yrs old. This technician was insulting him, ostensibly calling him silly, recommending if he does not such as the cost, he might have completed it herself. My father is not a technician, but he does own a multiple-million-dollar organization having a fleet of vans. I am likely to create a notice towards the leader of Vip and wish perhaps then my father can get the apology he earned from rusty.
