Collections Demand of $2,021.47 After 2002 Mustang Loss

I am filing a complaint against ACA International Credit Collection Services and Allstate Insurance. I am writing on the 7th of January. Allstate turned me over to ACA International credit collections services because Allstate assumes it is entitled to $2,021.47 for paying the loss of a 2002 Ford Mustang. The claim number is 0214010936, for a loss filed on 08/01 for an accident that took place in August 2011.

The driver was in an accident with the 2002 Ford Mustang. The Mustang was a loss, so Allstate paid the remainder of the money that was due on it, and also paid for the driver's emergency hospital visit due to the accident. In the meantime, Allstate turned around and increased my insurance $2,021.
