Fafama auto sales took my deposit, sold the car to someone else and did not return my money

Owner of Fafama named Fabio uses Unscrupulous sales scemes. They will bring you in, take you your down payment telling you it will be very low with the possibility to be little higher. And then turn around and tell you its much higher leaving you with no choice or time to get more money if you're not ready for the higher down payment. Then Sell the car to someone else and keep your deposit. I'll never go back there again... I hope the City of Milforf revoke their business license to stop this dishonest Used Car Sales called Fafama Auto Sales... They're a disgrace to any real honest people.
They did it to me me and I'll take them to the Small Claims Court in Miford, MA and my Lawyer is writing them a letter soon.
