Michael Koslov (owner) Scootershop refuses to refund wrong item

I bought a helmet on 13 oct from this website, for an amount higher than other sites which i later found out. After waitig for one whole month, the helmet came on 15 november, in the wrong size i ordered. I contacted Michael Koslov, the owner to have it settled, and in an email instructed me to ship it back to get it replaced.

I paid S$165.25 to ship it back, roughly US 120 from my country (which doesnt have USPS hence). The correct replacement took another one whole month to come, on 29 december. All this while i tried to email michael to get my shipping fees back but he has ignored me since. Paypal has been totally useless in trying to get my money back.

Whatever you do do not buy from this fraudulent company, they overcharged for the helmet, took forever to actually pack it for shipping, and they have poor business practices with no regard for customer service.
