U-save Auto Rental
Is a you-scam. Blamed for existing damage fraud credit card charge

I was told on the phone they would HOLD $200 on my card until car was returned. When i arrived $200 turned into $250 PLUS $231 charged in advance for 3 day rental. (on the phone, they claim to charge for rental when car is returned.

I was promised a 4 runner or montaro, (found out later they dont even rent montaros). Renter pulls out a rodeo and says "YOU show me if YOU see any damage." i pointed out a VERY SMALL dent. "oh thats nothing" she says. I stupidly take her word for it. It really was nothing

Upon return of the car, renter went STRAIGHT to the dent... Argument..."let me check the previous records" she says. "nope, wasnt there before. Owner comes out with a dirty grin. More arguing. Wants me to fill out accident report. I refuse. 2 days later i called my credit card and they CHARGED $283.50 when i ONLY agreed to a hold on that card. I called u scam i mean u save and they said the caR was IN THE PROCESS of being appraised. I asked where that figure came from and they refused to tell me.

I would like to know who rented that car before me and how much they got charged for that same dent

I contacted better buisness bereau and they already have a bad rep. I filed a police fraud report and we'll see what happens.

PLEASE RESEARCH BEFORE YOU RENT!!! You may pay a little more up front but it is worth it to go with a more reputible co.
