Dont trust the front and car delivery agents

I rented a car in PR, I told the employees 2 times that I was declining the insurance. The guy that deliver my car outside asked me to sign declining the insurance and put his finger in a specific lines. Finally I discovered that he show me to sign where I accepted the insurance. When I discovered at the return day, the manger said that was my problem for not reading their contract.

For all of you, if you use this company in PR, just read and never trust any of the employees

Also take care of the car details, they just gives the car wet and dripping water and is not easy to see details. I saw other issues in other rental locations making you responsible for paint marks.

Remember if you go to PR never use Enterprise, is cheap but at the end is very expensive with hidden costs
