The shuttle representative called at 11:26 A.M. That my 11:30 A.M. Pick up would be 30 minutes late. When I complained that it was more than the 15 minute lag time as mentioned on their webpage, the representative got nasty and said that "this is a shared ride, " blaming me. She tried forwarding the call to the manager but he would not pick up. Her parting words were "I am not arguing with you!" This company is a little cheaper than SuperShuttle. It is a case of "cheaper but shoddy!"
