Ripoff

I ordered 2 sets of hinges back in Feb. I just received 1 of the sets and it was nothing like it was supposed to be. 100% bolt on yeah right. These hinges have no holes and the inner fenders need to be cut and the hinges need to be welded. I still havent received the other set. Don't order from them they are a rip off.
