Sold me a lemon

I purchased an automobile at JLC1 car sales. After about 5 times the automobile broke down. I approached the seller / operator Christ Jones and recommended him of the problem. I had been recommended with a technician the automobile had a poor beginner. Seller decided to purchase the component but he never did. He explained to cover it and that I might get pay, i never did. I also recommended him the work costs must be pay and he decided to additionally spend that-but he never did. After many times i contact him and wording him to pay me the 320.00 bucks but mentioned he'd but never did. I'd just like a reimbursement for that component and work as he decided to spend.
