Hot sticker in the window

Got car in dec when time came to inspection and plates we were told the sticker in window was no good, went back to dealer and they got hate full said to bad to sad, we should of let them inspected it they would of passes it we found out through the police dept yes the sticker was no good and we could lose the car if we got stopped, dmv said the car has not passed a emission control for a few years. We are not getting any help with this car-hop said we had to keep paying or lose the car. I have contacted channel 4 @ bbb @ austin, tx and no help. I have e-mailed the dealer many times. We offered to exchanch the car for another one and they said no we owe to much on it but pay down some more and they may think about it. We did finally find that the catalatic convertor and all the plugs and wires needed done. 300.00 dollars later we have good legal stickers on the car and no help from no one and car-hop never did call or write.
