A Country Companies insured customer, Hit my vehicle while it was parked. My vehicle sustained body damage and transmission damage.
Country Companies provided an estimate for $411.08.
(An Estimate is to judge or determine generally but carefully, a general calculation of size, value, etc.; esp., an approximate computation of the probable cost of a piece of work made by a person undertaking to do the work).
Country Companies is not an Auto Repair Shop, they did not undertake the repairs.
They are an Insurance company, insuring against loss.
The actual cost to repair was $2374.12. I had the vehicle repaired and sent a letter and pictures with a copy of the paid repair invoice.
It has been over 3 months and I have not been reimbursed.
Country Companies has not responded to my letters or phone calls.
