Worst and rudest postman ever had

Our postman tosses my deals as removed from the doorway as you can, he'll not provide in the collection (that we reported towards the people POSTMASTER about) He Is rude whenever you keep in touch with him, he pushes through my lawn and over landscaping timbers and claims he never did it before if named onto it. I am exasperated, I-donot like him and donot need him providing my email... So what can I-do? I have complained, the collection has complained, my friend has complained and nothing is actually done. I'm also on air and requested him about shifting my mail nearer to doorway and he explained I really couldnot... What do I actually do?
