I hired Eric at Chopper Zoo for a project on my 2004 Road King back in September of ever since i received my bike back (late i might add) its been nothing but problems. Here are a few of the problems: 1- bike caught fire when in Key West due to faulty wiring from Chopper Zoo (Witnesses / and photo documented) 2- wiring was not protected causing many short circuiting 3- oil light coming on and off after they installed a new 107" kit from Revolution 4- wrong positioning of wire harness causing steering to bind up. 5- installation of NOS system without brackets 6- using 5-6 washers to install a lowering kit. 7- tie wrapping the air tubes too tight so air does not travel to suspension 8- installing a 107" kit (so my receipt says) when come to find it is in fact a 96 or 98ci (FRAUD) 9- new tranny does not go into neutral
So far i have been in 2 life threatening positions due to the unprofessional work from Chopper Zoo. I have brought forward all the documents to 5 different reputable mechanics to verify the faulty work, all 5 mechanic and shops could not believe their eyes.
Now after another episode of engine failure and contacting Eric, Chopper Zoo states: "sorry we can't make you happy" and lets part our ways. Now that's an easy way out after your customer (me) paid over $7000.00 and has had to endure a ridiculous amount of down time and cost's.
Everything stated here is documented and photo documented, I have all receipts stating what they have said they performed and installed on my bike.
