Took my Nissan Titan in for body work estimates, Tommys cousin told me they would give me a rental. On the scheduled day to drop off my truck I was given a Chevy Pick-up to drive for the 3-4 day body work. I didnt inspect the rental pick up until I got home and my son-in-law pointed out all four tires were baldI thought I could handle it for 3-4 days if I took the train to work.

2 weeks later I called for yet another update and was given a date to pick up my Titan. I arrived and big surprise it was not ready. I spoke to Dave the manager and a couple of the repair men who all had VERY obviously been drinking and Dave began to tell me my Titan was great and that it could outrun a Toyota Tundra and went on to tell me about drag racing it between signal lights in Fort Worth. Can you think of anyone with less sense than to tell the owner something like that?

Tommy was also there I talked to him about the Chevy pick-up rental with the dangerous, if not illegal, tires and stated I would not be driving it anymore, but all he could talk about was he depression over his wifes death. I took my Nissan home unfinished and scheduled an hour appointment for the following Saturday to come in so they could finish the trim. You can imagine from this point what happened nextI never got the trim, they told me they gave me the 6ft long piece of trim when I got the rental which of course they did not and told me they would order a new piece for me even though I was the one who misplaced it. They have never called. I called a couple of times and they said the part had not arrived yet.

This took place March I wish I had checked the company out more thoroughly there are numerous complaints about the company online. I have to take my Titan to a body shop that really fixes cars to complete the work Tommys was paid to do. I was only able to open the back door they supposedly fixed about 5-6 times before it totally stopped opening, I still need the trim they removed, lost and blamed me about and now the lettering on the front fender they removed and glued back on is falling off, instead of V8 TITAN it reads V T Tan. I hope many people read this and do not end up like me.
