I own a C200 model 2008 and I am reserving a new E250 model 2012 that I am planning to receive in January. I have reported a full complaint on e-mail address: dialog@daimler.com, where I stated in my complaint several unsatisfactory incidents that I faced with Mercedes Representative in Egypt (Giza National Automotive - GNA) and I am not getting any feedback even that my e-mail is well received or when shall I expect a reply.
Please help me to get out of the agony that I am facing hopefully you will restore my confidence in Mercedes and remove the doubts that I am currently having that I did a wrong investment when I switched to the Mercedes brand in Q4.
