This company broke my car

HELLO
This morning i went to de dentist and a parked my car in 47 nw 7 st in the Coopelia mall, i went to the dentist to the next mall, i come back in 30 minutes, and this company towing my car, in tihis mall dont exist any sign to prohibit parking. I call my friend and pick up my car, when i see a front my car is scratch, and i call the police but the police no do it nothing, my car is new and i picked scratch because this company broken my car. Sorry my english is no good.
What can i do??? Nothingggg??? Is true???
