Saying i owe more monies

I totaled this car in september. 08, the ins. Company-paid the fund organization exactly what the automobile was value, the space inches. Paid the fund compensation. And that I paid the remainder of the cash which was owed the fund organization in 09, nowadays on nov 4th i received a phone from ms. Wells that works for combined car credit saying i owed them more income. After 24 months why contact me today? Personally I think the corporation is just a fraud! And must be checked into!
