Ripped off for over $3,000

Brought car into location to fix problem with heater taking a while longer than normal to heat up. Charged me $570 to repair. Three days later, had the same problem, but this time it was overheating also. Managed to limp in to one of their other locations. Hours later they called and informed me that they would be towing it back to Chesterfield at their expense. Called me later and said I had a blown head gasket. How convenient. They again towed my car to my location at their expense, but would not admit any fault. They tore my engine apart. Why would they do that if they were not at fault?
