Denies documentation was sent

They charge $25 for Avis for any ticket you receive while operating an Avis vehicle. I paid the parking fine within a week. I get letters and mailed them cancelled check for paying the fine. They cited insufficient documentation, but were totally vague about what was needed. They charged my credit card without my authorization. These are the same people behind the red light cameras and get to keep about half of the traffic fines. The cameras are very lucrative for corporate America, not much for the local government agencies.
