Audi Company & Customer Service BEWARE OF! Customer service worthless!

I filed a report yesterday 4/28/04 in reference to a Rip-Off, dishonest (machanic and parts deparment) Audi dealer named Stammlers in Boulder Colorado.

I had also contacted the Audi Company Customer Service Department yesterday and explained to a Matt Ward what had taken place with my sons Audi A4. He took the information and said he would be contacting the parts department and speak with them also. (which is only right...) and I would hear back from him within 24 to 48 hours with hopefully some kind of resolution.

What a change of attitude towards me after speaking with tom at stammlers!

Please understand that the Parts Department Manager Tom, knew on TUESDAY afternoon (My BIG MOUTH THERE FOR TELLING Tom) that I would be contacting the Audi Company on Wednesday and also filing a report with the State Attorney Generals Office.

Becasue of my big mouth, I gave Tom enough time to come up with a great story with the mechanic, in case they were notified.

It was not even 4 hours later that I received a call from Matt with A BEYOND belief story that Tom had told him.

The sad part... Matt (Customer Service For Audi) believed every word that Tom said and just blew off what I had told him and the case with Audi was closed without looking any further into it.

So that is audi"s customer service...!!!

Do you think Tom is going to tell the truth to the Audi Manufacturer representative the truth to what happened??? Knowing chances are he and the mechanic could lose their jobs.

By the way, Mr. Stammler (owner) is out of town till Friday, but I am sure it wouldn't have made any difference. He sells for Audi...

So people, if you are thinking about purchasing an Audi, you had better have a big pocket full of money. My sons car is only 3 years old and costing close to $6,000 for repairs. Thats not including the rental he has had for almost 2 weeks.

I suggest also, you go on the internet, and do some research and read different forums and threads to previous owners of Audi's and the nightmare of problems they had with their vechicle and how they got no where the Audi Company.

You may think twice before purchasing one.

Funny part, the forums I read from previous owners (The Audi A4 especially) the problems they had with the car is EXACTLY the same type of problems my son has encountered!!!

SO dont be fooled. AUDI is quite aware their vehicles are not made as good as they want you to think!!!

And Audi Customer Service??? Need I say more?
