Pbco. be warned!!! Quite an unlawful reputation this guy has. His newest ripoff used car dealer location as of 2011 is 1501 n dixie hgwy in the city of WPB Florida. "Downtown Auto Sales of Palm Beach" reads the large elevated sign in front.
He now looks heavier in weight and has long dark hair down to mid back length.
What puzzles me is how he can open a used car business at this address WITHOUT a county or city business license. Obvoiusly the city and county license inspectors are either unqualified to do thier job or this criminal has BRIBED them with cash. Likely the latter.
