While researching a piece of junk mail we received last week, I found your website, read all the horrible experiences people write about and decided to see how they would "try to convince" me to purchase this wonderfully, fantastic package on a 6 year old vehicle. Chris is still there pretending to be the great and powerful Oz, deciding whether or not you are worthy of this extra warranty.

It was such a load of malarky, that I had to mute myself while I was laughing, then asked to be removed from their mailing list. The young woman was reading from a script and said if the monthly payment is a problem... I am replying what? I didn't say that and while I was asking to be removed from their mailing list, she hung up.

So I called back, asked for a supervisor and guess what? Chris is the supervisor too! Explained what happened and wanted to verify we would be removed from their mailing list.
