Disrespectful!

I called for a cab at 6:15pm with puck up time 8:00pm to make it home from work to my 4 children before the babysitter had to leave. I was quoted 8.00. I confirmed the location three times and left my number if any issues. At 8:04pm when noone had shown yet I kept getting put on hold then Hung up on after waiting 5~10 mins at a time. Finally at 8:29pm the driver cab 39 pulls across the street and they answer saying he's outside very loudly! He pulled up n sat as if he wasn't late. I got in and gave him 10.00 bill and requested my change. He ignored me for 5mins and called the dispatching svc. He then said no you weren't given a price. You don't get any change back. He refused to give me my change and said no female works in the office to give me that quote.

Furious I called from inside the cab and requested a manager. The guy tells me SHE. Again she. Is busy and puts me on hold. When he comes back I hear music in the back and he's laughing at me. I requested an explanation and he said he could give me his number instead! He refused to give me the office location and said Oh well nothing he can do! The driver dropped me off and pulled off! I Hung up devastated! They called my number from multiple unknown numbers laughing and saying you got played! I'm so upset with this company! Lawsuit in route! I record all my calls. Thank you Android applications!
