Requested our bicycle on the internet. They charged us instantly, but no verification email such as the website guaranteed. Therefore we named, and waited, and called even more. Lastly, they responded to some chain of emails by having an order quantity. It is today day 11 with no vessel day or order status. I am concerned they simply went down with this $257! No body replies the telephone and assist "talk" is constantly traditional. Or even a fraud, then it is extremely, very bad customer support!
