Held My Car Hostage

I was told one price going in then they never called me to authorise the new repair quote.

Sergio, and carlos are the 2 people i delt with, it took me over 3 weeks to get intouch with them. Several times i went looking for my vehicle and it was not at there location, i dont know where it was they kept telling me it was in the back, not true! They charged me over 4 times the original price, $1800 and it had to be cash. I was told to pay up or they would file a mechanics lien. This vehicle is my familys only meens of transportation and they completly held me hostage. They have no heart. Please be warned! Stay away from here!

I filed a formal lawsuite with the small claims court..
