I have 1999 Ford Expedition and it has finally become undrivable because of the common electrical problem involving shorts behind the instrument cluster and GEM module due to faulty factory windshield installation. The vehicle has exhibited electrical problems for several years and noone has been able to diagnose, however it appears numerous vehicle of this type and year have the same problem.
