I hired a 24 feet industrial vehicle from Budget.

Upon examination I came across the vehicle back bumper was dangling on with a line. The two supports that kept the bumper from swaying backwards and forwards were absent and cracked weld. The additional help supports across the body were damaged welds. The most effective of bumper route metal helps were welded really badly using the search of the inexperienced welder. The welds were painted-over with dark color (attempting to conceal the poor fix work)
