Frank Rinaldi Sold me several junk cars

Well I needed a car in a hurry a friend suggested Mr. Rinaldi and his company. I have since then gone threw 4 cars in a year he buys these used beaters from auction fixes them with junkyard parts and then expects them to run like new. I have ask for my money to be returned and he said no way. He now claims that my cars were vandalized and I told him to prove it so it was covered under my insurance now he sends my calls to voicemail and wont pick up the phone. I am currently putting together a consumer fraud packet for the state attorney generals office so they will get involved. Until then I figured I woudl post here to warn other buyers or potential buyers DO NOT GO THERE STAY AWAY he's as fake as a 4 dollar bill. If you do, do business with him now get rid of that car find another one somewhere else even if its a 300 beater off the side of the road it will last longer than his.
