Agent Allegedly Told Main Office Accident Was Never Reported

My local State Farm agent lied to the main office saying they was never notified of my accident last September. They lied because they did not want to pay the last of my medical bills because the other insurance company omni refused to compensate me for all medical bills my claim was denied.

I have a letter from the hospital contacting them & they flat out refuse to admit it. State Farm just don't like to pay claims so they make any & every excuse to make you look "BAD". State Farm is listed a "Bad Faith" insurance company.
