Arnott inc new low in business making my lincoln town car sit low, (defective air bags)

Beware of Arnott Industries in Cape Canaveral Florida. They sold me 2 air bag springs for the rear suspension of my Lincoln Town Car that failed within days of installation, causing me embarasment, being late for an appointment, & the cost of a flatbed tow to my shop.

I replaced the original bags because of the rubber starting to dry rot. No other issues with the air bag springs. I replaced the bags with the ones I ordered from Arnott. The ordering proccess and delivery was fine as before. I have used them and refered them multiple times through the years.

This time was the worst experience with them. I was driving my Lincoln Town Car down I-95 taking two of my friends to the airport when I heard a loud explosion sound, I thought it was a tire. I stopped and found it to be the air bag came out of the car causing damage to my car.
