Called ahead for best time. Waited nearly 3 hours for: oil-change, and turn, and positioning that used to do not notice.

Two workers were employed in lower region, no boss on-site. Six vehicles were spread around lower region; same two workers appeared to be filled. One needed to abandon at 3:45 PM as the five clients twiddled our thumbs.

People this isn't just how to operate a company or handle clients.
