Early rental car return penalty

I rented a Honda Civic for three week and 6 days at San Jose airport. I business was done a week early. So I returned the car one week earlier than origial plan. I retured the car in 2 week and 6 days. Fox retal refused me for any credit or refund for early return. This seems not fair!

My rental agreement is (RA#) FXSJC-218049.
