Riped me off and won't fix my van

I am buying a 2000 gmc safari from the jdbyrider in erie pa and getting it financed through the cnac at there office. The day we left there with it the van broke down on the side of the road and we had to have a new battery brought up from meadville for us to put in the van to get home. My payments are 355 a month but on the statements that i get every month after they take there money out of my bank account the remaining balance isn't showing that they put the full amount toward our balance. There was nothing in the paper work about taxes or anything else. Its been a year that we have had this van and it only runs maby 13 days a month the rest of the time it wont start. I have called up there 10 to 12 times in the last 2 months and no one has called me back so please take this as a warning do not use the erie pa jdbyrider / cnac
