Found this online. Peter Navarro, aka Piero Navarro was arrested. I reckon he's a pro at cunning poor inexperienced folks out of their cars and he's made a career at it. Always google any individual before doing any business with them. You'd be surprised to find out how many scams are out there. From what I've read, this Piero had help from corrupt police officers, to get away with so much theft over the years and he is free once again, I reckon. It's up to us, to research individuals before we do any business with them.
