HiI bought a car of R190,000.00 a month ago the and the tranfer was done on the 13th of August they keep on making empty promises that they'll give me the papers but don't. I think the main reason behind them not giving out papers in that they can't pay the previous owner his money so that he can realese the papers. Their contact details are
