I paid them what was owed to fix a vehicle of mine all cash up front when they finally got the car done they all of a sudden say I owe more I was never notified of new charges they took title out of m

I brought my vehicle to them to be fixed after it was crashed they quoted me a price I signed the itemized paper saying what parts and things would be needed to fix the vehicle and was reassured that it would be more than enough to repair the vehicle so I payed up front in cash. It then took them 4 months to repair it when they finally called me to go get the car because it was all ready to go I then went down there to get it only to be told I owe $2000 more. (for what and why wasn't I notified of any of this it was just done) So they will not let me take the car until I pay them the $2000 Meanwhile I am dealing with personal legal issues and they decided to you that to their advantage. While I was away I had someone in constant contact with them they knew I would be away and would have it there for me they said. I come back to find out that my car has been taken out of my name and sold without my permission and the price offered to me is a joke of not even 1/10th of the cars bluebook value and not only that they have no money to pay me I gave them $8000 up front and they sold it over $2000 that I owed them and what has been offered to me is a complete joke and hasnt even been paid. I feel I gave them money to fix a car and they sold it and kept them money when they had no right to sell the car I never signed off on it and I owed them $2000 my Bluebook value is 17,900 they offered me 1,500 where is my $8000 plus what the car was sold for and mean while I am suffering without a vehicle with small children and pretty much just gave this company money and my car. They do not do business right at all I would never refer anyone there unless they wanna burn themselves
