My daughter bought a used 93 ford tempo from louis figerero who owns discount auto sales at 1532 Broadway in lorain ohio. The car she bought was sold to her without a shoulder belt on the drivers side.in some bad weather yesterday she had a accident resulting in her getting some facial injuries. I need information regarding consumer safty, is he allowed by ohio law to sell a car knowing the car had this problem, my daughter is under 21 yrs. Old.
