I am aware today why Canadian Tire is known as Bad Tire. The Support Division as of this Canadian Tire is garbage. The client support in the bottom-right as much as the supervisor, Ken is garbage! I got my Ford Explorer directly into possess the Power Steering Pump changed since my vehicle was creating a squealing sound. I actually introduced the component in. The support consultant decided that it had been possibly the power steering pump producing the sound. While my partner selected the vehicle it had been still squealing. He was livid. Their justification was, understand this – “We did precisely what you stated friend! We changed the ability steering pump.”

I suppose if we informed them to jump-off a link, they'd do this also. We did look for a great local technician in Ranchlands. They set the squealing sound that was only a belt tensioner along with a lever that must be changed. It cost a $150 significantly less than Bad Tire billed not to actually repair the problem. I wouldn’t recommend this Bad Tire to my worst enemy. The team is verbally violent and incredibly unprofessional.
